I know, I know...I'm terrible at keeping this updated. I wish I had more time to do it. Here's a couple of pictures to hold you over until...I don't know...Christmas? :)

First Day of Kindergarten

When Alex was born someone gave me a piece of paper that had some statistics for his birthday. Included in these statistics was his first day of Kindergarten. Looking at that piece of paper the year 2009 seemed so far away. How could I even think about that when I had this perfect tiny little miracle wrapped in a soft blanket?
But guess what happened? That day came a LOT faster than I expected it to. That's right, our little man has started Kindergarten. So far he loves it (except for the "working part.") Apparently he is keeping his teacher quite entertained...by singing Beat It by Michael Jackson. He is working very hard at writing and learning his color words.

So, I kinda cheated this month. I totally forgot that it was the 12th until about 11:30 at night. So these are actually from the 14th!

Yay! I finally got it to work! Here is June's 12 on the 12th! I babysat my best friend's kids for the night. We had so much fun! We went to the park at the Rec center and then played on the slip and slide. Alex and Gage were hilarious! Connor and Brodey just liked to play in the pool at then end of the slide and poor Alivia just tried to stay out of the way so she didn't get knocked over!

Welcome back Spring!

Where can it be 24 degrees one day and 68 the next? I always heard this sentiment when I was kid. Early Spring in Ohio. We took advantage of the nice day and went to the park. Alivia LOVES to slide. Alex was being a very good big brother and was helping her out. We have a wonderful park and Rec center within walking distance of us and I can tell it's going to be a place we visit a lot!

March 12th

Our House

I know that this has taken a long time...but here's the house. We are still working on painting, decorating, and furnishing it. We love it. It is really starting to feel like home. Everything that we've ever dreamed of and more.

February 12 on the 12th

I love February...all except the weather!!! Here's 12 pictures from our 12th day of February. Alex is working very hard on his Valentines for preschool, Alivia is flipping out about bathtime (something she's been doing A LOT lately) and the medicine is for an ear infection she had.
